Supervises Human Resources PersonnelJob PurposeTo be responsible for all aspects of HR within the company, ensuring that the human resources management is aligned with applicable rules and regulationsResponsibilities1 Manage all HR systems and procedures2 Ensure optimum staffing levels through appropriate recruitment and selection procedures3 Manage selection, interview and recruitment of new staff throughout the company, in conjunction with other department managers, as appropriate4 Camps management (worker accommodation)5 Ensure that appropriate personal training and development plans are in place for each member of staff and participate in staff training and development activities6 Manage the ongoing staff performance assessment7 Monitor wage costs and determine salary ranges for the all the jobs within the company, to ensure fair and competitive compensation system8 Promote a harmonious working atmosphere through proactive staff communication and problem resolution9 Improve employee relations through suitable activities and events10 Provide guidance and information where necessary thus ensuring company policies are operated and adhered to (eg grievance and disciplinary policies)11 Cooperate and coordinate with concerned departments regarding Health and Safety issues12 Record, monitor and report on key HR metrics attrition, absenteeism, headcount etc13 Identify and manage HR initiatives and projects such as managing effective Suggestion Scheme and establishing Staff Recognition Program 14 Any other duties, as assigned by senior managementInterfacesInternal Company concerned departmentsExternal Recruitment Agencies and Government AuthoritiesThe ideal person would have10 to 15 years experience in constructionEducational Degree or equivalentAccredited HR certification (UAE Attested)SALARY AND BENEFITSSalary competitive salary rangeFamily Status (insurance and flights) not providedSchooling fees not provided
