Job Description

Sales Trend Analysis Budgeting & Forecast (Weightage-70%)
Forecast sales target and Achieve target Sales- achieved as per sales target plan
Strategic Sales Management Keep a close watch on Upcoming future new Projects in the assigned territory & to pro-actively work at getting the ME Consultant Contractor to specify the Products Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve share metrics
Understand the market environment & then broadly develop Sale Plans in order to achieve the Divisional Business Objectives
Based on analysis, contribute to the thinking around sales strategy such as tactical campaigns, pricing, and product and service delivery
Ensure closure of business deals with appropriate follow-ups
Responsible to negotiate all deals from start to finish and its execution with support of back office team From Inquiry, Payment terms negotiation, Quotation follow-up, Invoice submissions, Payment collection and all standard transitional procedures to be handled by Sales Role
Customer Relationship and Information Management system - Weightage - 20%)
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging own network And building strong lasting relationships for the Company
Proactively work and to devise Strategies to break Pro competitor - Clients Consultants as a part of New Customer acquisition plan to increase Market Share and Sales Volumes
Identify potential clients and set up meetings between client decision makers and companys leadersPrincipals
Work with team to develop proposals that address the clients needs, concerns, and objectives
Timely submission of weekly and monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to Management

Organization initiatives (Weightage - 10%)
Ensure participation in organization initiatives becoming the front face of the function and adding value by making presence felt
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to organization accomplishments
Perform other functions as may be instructed by the management from time to time
