Job Description

YOUR ROLE Request and follow up on regular Trade Reports from different countries in the region Monitor updates related to free trade agreements in the region Act as the customer contact for all free trade agreement issues and the contact for questions from Henkel brokers and forwarders Support in HS Code classification determination Review and investigate blocked transactions in SAP GTS Maintain global trade data, including but not limited to HS Code, Country of Origin, etc Ability to review Export invoices and detect red flags if any Assist shipping locations andor customers with global trade documents Support in Auditing Foreign trade processes in the region Address day-to-day international trade issuesYOUR SKILLS Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering 1-2 years experience in Trade Compliance or Logistics and Supply Chain Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects Detail oriented individual who takes ownership of projects Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access) Knowledge of SAP strongly preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, French is a plus
