Job Description

Maintaining and increasing sales of your companys products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your accounts
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for sales executive and your team as a whole
Provide training to the sales staff
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
BDAs with respective clients conducting periodical business reviews with clients
Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
With the Finance Department to coordinate the timely processing of invoices
Ensure timely payment Collection as per official credit granted to client
