The Position We seek qualified and experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers, with A&C and Avionics specialisation, to work within our Maintenance Control CentreThe Maintenance Control Centre LAE will be part of a dedicated team that ensures the highest level of safety, serviceability and dispatch reliability though the control of deferred and repetitive defects and ensures rapid recovery from scheduled interruptions caused by mechanical difficulties ie (AOGs) at outstations Hisher responsibility will be to ensure that all unscheduled maintenance downtime is fully utilised by organising and preparing additional deferred defect work, scheduled work and liaising with the concerned section for the work accomplishmentThe Maintenance Control Centre is situated within the Network Control Centre and all MCC functions are conducted from this officeSalary & Benefits We offer an attractive tax&free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAEExperience and QualificationsMust have at least 5 years experience as a certifying engineer on Emirates fleet type aircraft, for example & Airbus A330, A380 or Boeing B777Must have served an approved apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance from a recognized bodyFluency in English is essential
