Job Description

To support the development and implementation of effective client brand and marketing strategies appropriate to the East region and all relevant service lines Lead the implementation and measurement activities for marketing campaigns and business support activities delivered in identified growth countries
1 Support the Group Head of MarketingRegional Head of Marketing, East to develop, deliver and measure the marketing activities to support the achievement of the business priorities across the identified growth markets in East
2 With support from the Regional Head of Marketing, East, take a lead role in the implementation of the marketing plan and activities for the growth countries
3 Expand existing and create new campaigns for identified growth countries defined in the strategy and annual plan
4 Input to the creation of regional business and service line messaging, client propositions and peer group differentiators to support Petrofacs competitive advantage in each market
5 Deliver all activities and campaigns with well-developed and tailored programme plans which address the business and service line needs across key identified geographies and are measurable
6 Work collaboratively across the marketing team and with external agencies and internal functions to ensure effective project and programme management is achieved in each geography and in line with the set KPIs
7 Protect and develop awareness of the Petrofac brand in designated regions through all activities and take proactive action and steps to address any deficiencies or risks, including reporting and recommendations
8 Create consistent, fit-for-purpose marketing collateral to support the key country requirements
9 Provide high quality content and input for key regional BD pursuits and ITT responses within growth countries
10 Work collaboratively with Marketing Shared Services to support development of messaging and content for trade shows, sponsorship and conference programmes in growth countries focused on messaging, creative realisation, brand and service line positioning, content, outreach and measurement
11 Identify and work towards the promotion of all milestone activities within the growth region, including those related to project, people, ICV and supply chain activities
12 Develop and manage a photography plan to support the regional activities
Good knowledge and understanding of business and marketing process and tactics
A clear grasp of the fundamentals of the global oil and gas landscape and peer group
Ability to understand and translate Petrofacs service capability and approach and tailor these for relevance across all markets
Experience of supporting business development activities
Knowledge and understanding of existing and available marketing channels (on and offline)
Strong content and projectprogramme management
Understand and adhere to the legalbest practice and ethical standards for marketing
Familiarity with GDPR
Possess marketing toolkit of skills
Well-developed communication and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Additional language skills an advantage
Strong attention to detail
Creative and collaborative skills
Proven project management skills
Able to quickly build credible and hold the position of trusted internal advisor and establish relevant external networks
Extensive experience in oil and gas marketing or related industry
International marketing experience
Proven track record in B2B marketing
Experienced in advising, collaborating with and influencing stakeholders
