Job Title Officer - Authority Delegation Company Name Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Summary The Officer - Authority Delegation will execute the transactions for the issuance, cancelation andor amendments in Banks Authorized Signature Records Book ODOA (Internal & External), POAs and any such authority under the scope and responsibility Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain physical documents (Authorized Signature Records Book ODOA (Internal & External), POAs and any such authority under the scope and responsibility) and ensure necessary record and tracking is available Follow up and manage the process of securing approvals from various approving authority members Maintain Authorized Signatures Book by promptly adding deleting Signatories as approved required Make sure all amendments are updated to internal stakeholders and shared with all DIB correspondents Communicate with Correspondent banks through SWIFT Letter Email to resolve queries in connection with DIB Authorized Signatures book Maintain a central repository of all the approved documents Prepare necessary checklists to enhance the process flow of the related activities Set maximum cautiousness to error free release of the documents related to ODOAs Internal & External), Authorized Signatures, POA and any such authority under the scope and responsibility of the unit Follow up with vendors (stamps printing press) for prompt delivery of the necessary items The incumbent will coordinate with all Operational Areas, Business and Branches to implement the centralization of the Delegation of Authority Function in the Bank Prepare and submit Business requirements document for Delegation of Authority Management to automate the authorized signatures and Delegation of Authority activities The system will cover Authorized Signatures and Delegation of Authority Work closely with external entities to ensure the Banks authorized signatories andor delegation of authority is existing with them All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additionalnew tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager Qualifications, Skills and Experience The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelors degree At least three to five years of banking experience at senior positions, preferably in Banking Operations
