Job Title Officer - HR Generalist Company Name Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Summary The Officer - HR Generalist will carry out various HR administrative activities to support the HRBP in managing the Relationship between internal business stakeholders and HR COEs to ensure efficient implementation of different HR Programs & initiatives Key Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with business and HR (COEs) for the various HR matters and maintain rapport Analyze business requests and report finding to the HRBP Quickly respond to queries received from various channels in timely and quality manner Analyze staff grievance cases raised by staff to HR in coordination with HR COEs and report findings to HRBP Support HRBP in completing assigned HR projects & initiatives in coordination with HR COEs in an efficient and quality manner Coordinate with HR COEs to meet business needs at all times in line with the HR policies, procedures and SLAs Escort HRBP in conducting periodic visitsmeetings with the internal HR stakeholders to discuss various challenges and resolve issues Provide necessary MIS reports to HRBPBusiness Heads HR COEs on periodic basis Maintain an up to date organizational chart for assigned departments at all times Qualifications, Skills and Experience The ideal candidate should preferably have relevant work experience and qualifications
