Job Description

Responsibilities
Prepare the vehicle roster, route map, and duty schedule to the drivers
Allocate task to the drivers as per the schedule and in charge of monitoring the fleet operations
Ability to communicate with sellers and buyers
Liaise between sellersbuyers and team to ensure smooth operations delivery
Monitor, control and manage daily operations to meet sellerbuyer expectations and company goals
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner
Maintain clear and accurate operations documentsprocedures for reference purposes
Excellent communicator with the ability to interact, solicit, communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Maintain collection or delivery documents and reconcile COD amounts within the agreed time

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of e-commerce work experience within the last mile, warehouse, and logistics
Experience in fleet management, distribution, and collections
Computer and software systems skills as applicable to the position including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage complex situations and multi-task effectively
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking and decision-making ability ensuring the Companys quality standards
