Responsibilities

Coordination with site team to ascertain contractual and practical measures to ensure compliance with requirements

Advice on specific requirements of the contract and performance in accordance therewith

Assessing contractual implications of site decisions and optimization of practical contract conditions

Maintaining a working relationship with design, construction, engineering, procurement and legal management to facilitate organizational interfaces supervision of site measurement team, management of monthly valuations

Agreeing valuations and methods of reimbursement with client and Parsons representatives Setting up and managing site valuation procedures

Liaison and coordination of agreement on valuations with contractors

Managing directives and variations, reviewing client requirements, assessing implications, negotiation of omissions or extra costs, coordination and reporting on the contractual implications of other parties engaged with the works

Final Accounts management including preparation, submission and agreement with clientConsultant and similarly with the respective subcontractors

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree (or higher degree) from an accredited college or university is preferred
A QS accredited qualification (preferably RICS or equivalent) is preferred
Ten-years experience in contracts administration level positions supporting large technical programs or construction projects
Effective oral and written communicative skills
Ability to manage large, diversified activities with multiple and competing requirements
Ability to set priorities and manage activities to successful completion
Knowledge of the aviation design and construction industry
