Job Description

Oversee planning & execution of all projects within time and budget 2 Address contractual issues with client and contractors 3 Plan and manage resources to the optimum level (Manpower & staffworkers, plant & machinery, tools & equipment etc) 4 Attend client meetings and develop good relationship with clients 5 Actively participating in providing input to estimation department on resources for new tenders 6 Managing productivity of staff and workers 7 Training, coaching and guiding team for technical & leadership skills and competencies 8 Take complete and independent charge of execution unit and dealing with all contractualcommercial and execution issues Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge required Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with 20 years experience or Diploma in electrical engineering with 25 years of experience Sound HVEHV transmission & distribution project knowledge & Cabling, Overhead lines and substations upto 400 KV Sound contractual, commercial and project controls knowledge Excellent leadership and communication skills Proactive, responsible and dependable member of the team Sound planning, scheduling, resource management, execution and contract knowledge is required Preference will be given to the candidates having UAE experience and dealing with utilities like DEWA, ADWEA, Transco, ADDC etc Position directly reporting to the CEO
