General Description of Role and Responsibilities
Coordination with Client respective departments and subsidiaries to understand specific business requirements for space utilization and future space needs
Experience in budget preparation in real estateproperty management companies
Understanding of the leasing process from start to end
Preparation of properties revenues and estimating the forecasted values
Budget preparation, analyze data and estimate projected revenues
Training different team members
Renewal leasing contracts and negotiating rates
Handling communication with internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other government entities
Strategic analysis and recommendations for short, mid and long term space solutions to ensure efficiency
Supervising the property project at all stages and providing solutions to problems

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Property Management Relevant Degree Good Technical Engineering Knowledge
English And MS Office Proficiency Experience
8 years of relevant experience
Financial Oriented in Properties, Revenues and Assets life cycle
Excellent understanding of local market and knowledge of properties procedures as per Abu Dhabi laws
Excellent knowledge of commercial and residential leasing rates in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
