Job Description

1 Lead and manage team of property sales with the overall objective of achieving SALES & revenue targets set in a given year for specific and overall project
2 Define budgets and ensure achievement of sales targets
3 Initiate and assist in strategic partnerships and alliances in coordination with the marketing department
4 Initiate and lead sales management, corporate communication and customer interfacing processes
5 Lead and manage firm wide marketing activities with the overall objective of boosting AEES brand
6 Responsible for all aspects of branding and positioning, developing tactical and strategic marketing and branding campaigns, creation of highly engaging visual and written content, digital marketing, communications, CRM and public relations
7 Must develop Sales and Marketing strategy and generate sales forecasts based on revised strategy and generate sales forecast to maximise sales as per the targets
8 Design, implement and monitor annual sales plan for AEES
9 Assign annual and monthly sales targets to executives
10 Implement new sales schemes for AEES
11 Active involvement in product development and feasibility in the initial stage
12 Prepare price lists for upcoming projects based on market research and get it approved from the Top Management
13 Develop effective training programs for executives and motivate them to close sales
14 Train and empower consultants and executives
15 Create framework to identify and associate with property agents in an objective and profitable manner
16 Assign targets to property agents and create agent schemes
17 Conduct regular meetings with high net-worth commercial clients to provide complete property solutions
18 Conduct consultant meetings to communicate progress and target achievement
19 Collate, analyse and report customer trends via maintenance of customer databases
20 Review SPAs and other property purchase documents on a timely basis
21 Initiate and lead benchmark practices in service quality, customer interfacing processes for end-to-end purchasing cycle
22 Initiate, integrate and translate market research data to project specifications and positioning
23 Must influence the sales price and lease prices in Secondary markets
24 Manage the sales force resources according to the requirement
25 Create and relate analysed SWOT with marketing strategies and submit recommendations based on that
26 Must submit recommendation suggestion confirm directions ,report , templates and requirement and address strategic issues to the Management
27 Coordinate with stakeholders across the business for maximizing customer engagement and driving sales revenue through the development and execution of growth-oriented, customer-centric marketing strategies
28 Provide strategic direction on brand communication mix, media selection and sales promotion and PR activities based on product segment and customer profile
29 Direct and coordinate strategy formulation, implementation and monitoring of long term and short-term marketing plans
30 Define and monitor annual marketing and advertising budgets
31 Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team
32 Design an annual Marketing Calendar in coordination with the Top Management and all Department Heads
33 Design and launch marketing programs such as product branding, corporate branding, advertising and communication material
34 Responsible for building and executing portfolio marketing plans and developing individual property marketing plans
35 Lead product development for AEES by driving on the ground market research and through market intelligence
36 Develop sales strategies at both the Project and Brand level in collaboration with the strategy and Sales team for the same
37 Execute all ATL and BTL activities with guidance from the Top Management
38 Define and implement metrics for marketing effectiveness
39 File trademarks, brands, logos and other proprietary sales and marketing intellectual property
40 Maintain accurate information on company website
41 Create promotional material for retail and corporate customers
42 Assign targets to marketing team and monitor progress thereof
43 Outsourcing ancillary marketing activities
44 Communication with other AEES departments to incorporate better strategies
45 Must generate MIS reports to Management periodically as required by the Management
46 Manage & drive the sales workforce and maintain positive performance as well as maintain agents motivation to achieve sales targets
47 Must know and understand all up to date & future Government of Dubai, Land department, Dubai Municipality, RERA fees, services and laws and regulations
48 Must have passed the RERA Real Estate Broker Exam & the broker card must be valid and issued all the time
49 Ensure all ad-hoc requests by AEES Management are executed in a timely manner
