Responsibilities
Coordinate with the company management to determine research objectives
Work in accordance to project brief and deliver frequent project updates
Develop and direct given research assignments
Create a plan of action and set project goals and manage them to completion
Formulate effective and efficient research processes
Identify market trends and patterns
Design surveys, questionnaires, polls etc specific to research requirements
Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept-test, etc to gather data
Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter according to the business needs
Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricingbusiness models, sales and methods of operation
Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
Analyze past results and perform variance analysis
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
Organize and maintain research databases
Use Excel functions to organize and analyze data
Create charts, graphs, and presentations for group management
Requirements
Proven research analysis experience
Knowledgeable in various research and testing methodologies
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
Strong communication and presentation skills
Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Proficient using Microsoft Office
Strong math and statistical skills
Well-versed in database management
Job Context
Office Environment, Field Work and some international travel will also be required
Education
BS degree in Business, Statistics, Research, Economics or related field
Language proficiency
Advanced English level verbal as well as written
