Job Description

The Sales and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible in providing outstanding customer service to clients as well as office and administrative support services to the MD

Duties and Responsibilities

A Administration

1 Maintain and organize schedule of business meetings and events
2 Type, proofread and process complex and confidential reports, letters, presentation materials and memorandum
3 Perform clerical work such a filing, copying, faxing and scanning office documents
4 Develop and maintain filing system (hard copy and electronic files)
5 Effectively screen incoming calls
6 Receive and interact with visitors
7 Arrange trips, travel tickets, and accommodations locally and abroad when necessary
8 Represent or attend various meetings as directed
9 Discreetly handle highly confidential matters
10 Review and coordinate mail and documents for signature
11 Interpret and follow oral and written instructions with attentiveness to detail
12 Purchase and organize office supplies as needed
13 Perform other duties assigned or required from time to time

B Sales
1 Provide support to the BDM
2 Making Quotations & Purchase order
3 Coordinating with suppliers in terms of logistics, procurement & payments
4 Assisting BDM with market research and presentations
5 Maintain and update client database
8 Perform other duties assigned or required from time to time
