Job Description

Job purpose

To manage the customer relationship management system on a day to day basis through which achieving the set sales target both individually and the team wise To improve the customers database and create new business opportunities from the existing clients To ensure the accurate follow up of the projects in terms of time deadline, budget and to make sure the quality of product as per the company standards

Duties and responsibilities

Possesses high organizational skills and efficiency in coordinating requirements of Sales Team
Has great attention to detail and ensures all product requirements are passed on to relevant team and any orders are processed quickly
Prepares quotations, invoices and any relevant document to assist the order and sales process
Handles incoming calls and correspondence and supports sales team in all relevant functions
Is aware and works towards achievement of both the monthly sales targets and yearly business plan
Maintains and updates product folders on Precise system
Ensures follow-up and update of CRM Maximizer with all team
Contacts clients to obtain any missing information and to answer queries
Checks data accuracy of orders and invoices (Pricing, Stock Levels, Delivery Documentations)
Coordinate and on-line sales enquiry ensuring efficiency in reply and update to team
Make daily cold calling, lead generation and keeping in touch calls to new and old prospect client
Generate Sales and follow up with clients on day to day basis
Provide customers with correct and clear information about PRECISE products and services as per guidelines and service standards
Ensure to seek relevant approvals from management and customers for confirmation on final order details and indicative prices, sales quotations as per the standards set by the department manager
Prepare quotations and proposals for the clients;
Prepare production requests based on approved artworks and clients specifications;
Follow up with Production department or other concern departments within the company to make sure that deliveries are on time;
Effectively manage client expectations to ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and meet PRECISE standards for excellence;
Communicate on order status and to update the customer database by adhering to the communication quality standards
Plan, process, follow up and close customer orders on daily basis to ensure smooth delivery of the goods to customers
Maintain traceability of the internalexternal customer communications; ordertransaction details, pricing details etc with utmost care
Provide accurate artwork requests for the designers and act as the final filter for compliance with customers request
Provide dailyweeklymonthly reports to the department manager about the status of all orders and order related actions as per the standards set by the department manager
Undertake process improvement projects under the supervision of the Business Support Manager
