Job Purpose
Experienced salesperson to develop commercial opportunities in Dubai Creating and developing opportunities within commercial properties for Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance (inc additional services provided by the company)
Key Accountabilities
- New business development (inception of lead to conversion)
- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Signing up new customers with a focus on commercial properties in Dubai
- Build a strong relationship with customers and be able to clearly communicate our range of services and options based on their business type
- Understanding customers requirements and converting them to maintenance contracts where applicable
- Following up with clients after work completion and building customer reviews & success stories
- Competition analysis Know our competitors and reporting to the GM & Marketing Department of their offerings on a regular basis
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data compiled through our CRM
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads provided by Marketing activities
- Attend internal meetings and knowledge share across all trade disciplines to keep abreast on offerings
Qualifications
- BABS degree or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven track record in territory sales management
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and CRM
- Scheduling and coordinating experience (territory & sales management)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- UAE driving license essential
