Roles & Responsibilities

Manage key B&Is with Unilever partnered distributors

Identify potential and opportunities for growth in B&Is channel within assigned geography and set development strategies accordingly

Ensuring maximum daily interactions with potential customers

Build strong relationships with distributors by providing unique & high-quality services and business solutions

Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and other related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Identify and report market trends and insights


Key Competencies & Skills - Standards of Leadership

The candidate for this role will be responsible for the growth of our Out of Home tea business in both Dubai & Northern Emirates for Unilever Food Solutions You will be responsible to grow the Businesses & Institutions channel within above mentioned geographies The candidate will be responsible for creating relationships with both internal & external stakeholders Candidate must meet exceed sales targets

This role requires management of Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve all Tea related KPIs and deliver reports regularly

This role reports to the Assistant Sales Manager UAE


1-3 years in FMCG with reputed organizations

Distributor Management Experience is a must
