1 Synthesize annual marketing plan for the clinic to increase profitability and revenues of the clinic
2 Create, plan, execute distinguished marketing initiatives for the Clinic to increase patient traffic and impact top line revenues from all business revenue driving components ( OP and Pharmacy)
3 Work closely with the team to provide marketing and promotional ammunition to increase visibility, market share in the catchment area
4 Continuously explores new revenue generating models for the Clinic in conjunction with business development executives, Clinic director and supporting through distinguished marketing initiatives
5 Robust planning and execution of all creative with the agreedassigned advertising agency wrt PR activities, promotional activities with due approvals from all regulatory bodies (internally and externally)
6 Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations on agreed key performance indicators
7 Coordinate and interact closely with clinical doctors, nurses, customer care executives, lab, and radiology departments to ensure the marketing of the Clinic makes an impact on business outcomes
8 Analyze and monitor the impact on marketing initiatives on business outcomes
