Gulf Connexions is excited to have a brand new position available with a highly reputable client that operates in the Health and Beauty industry They are a high-end health and beauty centre with a VIP customer experience Our client prides themself as a customer-centric boutique thriving in customer care for all members, prospective members, customers, and clients
They have chosen Gulf Connexions to perform an executive search on their behalf, to look for a highly cable Spa Director who will play an instrumental part towards the launching of new products and services and lead the initiative in training all staff members
If you come from a health and beauty industry, have experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team, combined with managing a diverse set of individuals, then we believe our client is the place for you
Responsibilities
Manages guides and motivates all personnel reporting to this position relative to customer service, guest retention, and SpaSalonHealth Club services
Ensures the professional delivery of all information, either by telephone or in-person, to all potential guests
Responds to any and all guests issues quickly and effectively
Reviews all daily appointment schedules, productivity reports and labour costexpense reports ensuring budget projections are being met
Ensures that the facilities and equipment are always clean and in good repair
Ensures that all hygiene and safety requirements are followed as set out in the Business Units Standard Operating Policies and Procedures
Completes other tasks as assigned by Management
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in a similar field
Desire to provide phenomenal experiences to guests across all areas of Dessange
In depth understanding of spa management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to prepare budget and forecast financial data
Able to prepare and implement marketing plans
