DutiesCarries out a detailed assessment of the work involved in the individual group as well as discipline with respect to Pre&Commissioning and CommissioningConfirm the system I sub&system definition set by the process departmentPrepares Pre&Commissioning I Commissioning schedule, sequence, and priority systems, sub&systems as per process requirements and construction status prepares a technical write up on how the plant will be commissioned and handed over including certificationPrepares manpower organization to fulfill the commissioning schedule and assess the available resources and possible constraints in the execution of the sameOversees and ensures all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning and ensure the setting up of safety procedures for the sameCoordinates with the pre&commissioning and commissioning team and ensures the development of integrated plans, Pre commissioning and Commissioning SchedulesProvides guidance to the pre&commissioning and commissioning team in analysing the scope as per contract and battery limit Coordinates with other departments to resolve interface problems and hold regular review meetings with the client on issues such as HSE conformance and pre&commissioning and commissioning progress as well as meetings with the vendors to resolve any problemsFamiliar with International Standards for design, engineering, construction and operations of Multidiscipline projects eg API, ASTM, BS, DIN, Shell DEPs etcQualificationBSc Engineering (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical)More than 10 years’ experience, 5 of which oil & gas backgroundGulf experience especially Aramco experience is a plus PMP certified is a plus Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Project & P6
