Vice President - Facilities Management - ( 19000058 )

Description

JOB PURPOSE

Implement the FM practices across the assets

Support in FM contract scoping, tendering and performance management standards development with internal & external FM service providers

Ensure the performance of Service providers across the assets is up to the expected standards

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

FM contract scoping, negotiation and performance management advisory

-Assist with incorporating proven best practices in the negotiation process with service providers

-Provide support in modeling and calculating penaltiesrewards to service providers based on performance

-Monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers against SLAs on a constant basis and report periodic performance summary to the line manager

Best Demonstrated Practice documentation and dissemination, policies, processes and tools development

-Document cross-portfolio best demonstrated practices in scoping and contract negotiation across assets

-Periodically analyze tendered contracts with service providers to isolate practices that lead to the highest quality service at the lowest cost

-Document best demonstrated scoping and negotiation practices to be used for training sessions with Asset managers Asset Operations Managers Property Managers

-Aggregate performance indicators, assess and recommend improvement initiatives to the line manager

-Develop framework approach, procedures and templates for SLAs and KPIs applied to service providers that reflect industry and company best practices

-Periodically benchmark industry leading developers on performance management best practices in their service level agreements, KPIs, tracking process and performance based compensation

-Develop a model to link SLAs and KPIs to financial incentives for service providers, detailing formulae aligning ASPs quality and financial expectations

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 10 years experience in property facility management with leading developers

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION

Min of 2 years experience in a middle management level at a property facility management company

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

GCC experience preferred

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Proven track record in performance improvement through KPISLA management and innovation across all asset classes
Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with middle management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferably fluent in both Arabic and English

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering
